Personally I’m not a big designer clothes’ lover. Of course, if there were millions of € lying around in my bank account (and couch) I wouldn’t really mind. I can’t say I don’t believe in statement pieces and clothes that are an investment and never go out of fashion (if there is such thing) as I do. Nevertheless I can’t see the point in buying clothes you can’t really afford or put together with the other not-so-expensive ones.
Said that, I still do my ‘ohhs’ and ‘ahhs’ sometimes looking at the stuff on the catwalk. One out of the bunch that gets me excited is Carolina Herrera and her classy pieces (especially dresses). Here are some of her Fall 2009 Ready-To-Wear beauties (photographs: http://www.style.com/).
Now, something much more casual and probably affordable. Pringle of Scotland in their successive attempt to modernize its heritage pattern, created this cosy piece which I absolutely fell for (Pre-Fall 2010) :
Cosy, chic & funky -> all my favourite adjectives describing one piece! 🙂
Oooh i'm lvoing pringle of scotland lately!!
