Although it doesn’t feel like spring just yet and I was really lucky to get the photos taken in such good light, in preparation for what I hope to be a great summer (looks like I’ll spend all of it in Dublin so it better be;) I searched for a 9-to-5 outfit that would be a bit more on the bright side.
Skirts have been long forgotten in my everyday work wear so I decided to wear one for a bit of change.
It’s a very similar outfit to the ‘crazy one’ I recently created, it’s toned down though and I think it’s actually quite conservative; the pencil skirt and all.
Any time I feel ‘too fat’ to wear a pencil skirt (a regular enough scenario) I pair it with a floaty blouse which I think makes up for the usual tucked in look that most women go for. Keep it a bit sheer and it should go down ok 🙂
