Boqueria Dublin

It’s only appropriate that my first post is food related. I am inspired and passionate about so many things but at the end of the day, most of the time, it all seems to come down to good food.

After a spell of poor dinners out I would lie if I didn’t say I was rather dreading that meal. There’s only so much you can take and with Boqueria only being open for less than 2 weeks when my boy and I headed in for a meal, I really wasn’t sure what to expect.

It was a relief to find that Stoneybatter just got another great addition to its blooming food scene (bet you never thought you would ever hear Stoneybatter and food scene in one sentence). Amazing tapas were delivered along perfectly polite, informative, funny without being pushy service. It was a truly great meal and a refreshing experience. I can’t recall all l the dishes now but that’s a compliment – they practically vanished off the plates.

I look forward to going back.
